Design:
a needs assessment will be conducted after review of current corporate facilities, culture, and desired outcomes that will be consistent with the corporate goals. The entire facility is addressed including coordination of activities with selected architect and contractor so the process will be in support of a unified approach to provide the best end result.

Project Management:
begins at the inception of the project. All clients have a project manager who is responsible for proactively driving all processes to a successful completion. The documented, detailed thirty-two step process is accomplished in order to ensure a successful and timely project completion.

Included is a fifteen point “as built” review of the new space. A complete double-check is made of all products, quantities and finishes.

Complete drawing review with installation crew to ensure a thorough understanding of the project

Installation –
Pre-installation check list including sixteen line-items ensures a thorough review with all disciplines involved with the project.

• Five point installation check list is completed the first day of installation
• Five point post installation check list is completed and coordinated with the client
• Detailed installation report is turned in within forty eight hours of installation
