Review your existing inventory through the following process and determine what you keep and what you don’t :
- Photograph, tag, and provide a spread sheet of all items
- Place items to be kept on a detailed floor plan
- Sell to employees or wholesaler, or donate to charitable organization those items to be disposed
- Determination of what to do with questionable items to be made after a detailed budget review

- Excess inventory to be tagged and stored at your facility or at ours
